 Volunteer at Temple Judea Mizpah

Here is an opportunity to make an impact on the community aJuly 4 Paraderound you. Temple Judea Mizpah’s Nominating Committee invites congregants to volunteer in a meaningful way to the life of the temple. Volunteering is an exciting, fulfilling experience. It is also a great way to make friends and become an integral part of our temple family. Several of our Board and Commission members have commented on how rewarding the experience has proven for them:

“I got involved in the Membership Commission as a role model for my children. I wanted them to recognize the impact of involvement in our temple as a way to connect with the Jewish community.” - Laura Fishman

“Serving the TJM Board has been a most rewarding personal experience and a worthy manner in which to participate and contribute to the Jewish community.” - Netiva Caftori

“There is no better way to feel connected to the TJM community than by serving on a committee.” - Julie Yusim

“Through my Board experience, I have built a wonderful network of temple colleagues and friends.” - Theresa Delin

“Serving on different temple committees and the board has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. It has been the conduit for developing personal friendships. It has opened my eyes to business practices and has provided a way to give back to my community in a very personal and meaningful way. I encourage everyone to give of themselves. It comes back tenfold!” - David Kessler
