OSRUI in its 60 years has watched more than 30,000 children pass through our gates, building lifelong friendships, exploring their Jewish identity, and having the time of their lives.  In 1952, Union Institute was founded by the Reform Movement; today, URJ Olin-Sang-Ruby Union Institute serves more than 1,000 campers each summer from throughout North America and beyond.

Temple Judea Mizpah is proud to have Rabbi Memis-Foler serve on faculty during the summers, where we help send campers to this home away from home in Oconomowoc, WI.

OSRUI has programs for children of all ages and talents, with sessions ranging in length from five days to seven weeks. All sessions are staffed by mature college students, under the guidance of experienced senior staff members and faculty from across the country. OSRUI is proud of its commitment to providing campers with strong and encouraging Jewish role models.
